Long Term Care Partnership Plans

I recently wrote an article for the Montana Bureau of Business and Economic Research on an overview of how new partnership policies (as authorized by the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005) operate vis a vis Medicaid. While this article was written for new long term care insurance partnership plans in Montana, the article is generally applicable to the 34 states that now have partnership laws in place.
